Disability Mentoring Day

The Inland Empire Disabilities Collaborative is honored to host Disability Mentoring Day (DMD) in the Inland Empire on Wednesday October 6, 2010. DMD is a national job-shadow and career exploration program designed to link students and jobseekers with disabilities to employers interested in hiring people with disabilities. The Inland Empire Disability Resources Expo

The Inland Empire Disability Resources Expo showcases services and products that enhance independent living for people of all types of disabilities: physical, cognitive, mental and sensory. The event brings together exhibits on health, housing, transportation, advocacy, employment, assistive technology, education, youth initiatives and seniors. It is offered free of charge to the community!

The Expo is held every other year in rotation with the Advocacy Conference. The next Expo will be held on October 23, 2010 at the Riverside Convention Center. Join as an exhibitor, sponsor or  attendee.
